There are THREE options for us to send your tax forms:
  1. We can fax you the forms to you,

  2. We can e-mail you a link to a secure PDF file for you to download, OR

  3. We can ship the forms to you (see shipping information below).

 

I'm filing my tax return electronically, does shipping apply to me?

It depends. If you choose to receive a copy of your tax return(s) by fax or by downloading a copy in PDF format from a secure area of our website, you will not have any shipping fees.

How do you ship?

    United States Postal Service®FedEx®

We give you the option. We can send your tax return(s) to you by USPS Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation or FedEx®.

We ship to ALL 50 States, including the District of Columbia.

We also ship to the following U.S. Territories:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands

NOTE: If you are using an APO/FPO military address, we MUST use USPS Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation.

What is my shipping charge?

You get to choose from one of the three services listed below:

United States Postal Service®

This service normally takes 3 business days. For delivery destinations in Alaska & Hawaii FedEx® 2Day service will be used and the charge is a flat fee of $30.00. For APO/FPO military addresses, USPS Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation will be used and the charge is $5.00. Rates may be higher than $30.00 for delivery destinations in U.S. Territories.

NOT available for delivery destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO military addresses. Normally delivered next business day by 3pm (4:30pm in certain areas).

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

YES, we ship to all APO/FPO addresses using the USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The shipping fee is $5.00.

YES, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii using FedEx® 2Day service (normally 2 business days). The charge is a flat rate of $30.00.

We ONLY ship to the 50 States, including the District of Columbia, APO/FPO military addresses, and the following U.S. Territories:

When will my order be shipped?

We ship ALL your completed tax returns generally within 12-48 hours AFTER payment is processed, unless we are missing information necessary to complete your tax return(s).

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation when my order is shipped?

YES, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Can I track the shipment?

YES, for FedEx® shipments, go to http://www.fedex.com/us/ and enter your tracking number for current package status.
