We collect any necessary information to prepare your tax returns directly from YOU. We do NOT contact third parties without your explicit written consent to collect nonpublic information. The required information we ask from YOU includes, but is not limited to, Social Security numbers, birth dates, legal names, income and deductions to be reported to government agencies, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers.

Information We Disclose About Our Clients

We do NOT disclose any personal information about our current or former clients to anyone outside our organization, except as permitted by law or with your explicit written consent. For example, clients often request us to disclose their tax return information to lending institutions, such as mortgage companies. Under IRC §6713, and IRC §7216 we are unable to disclose any tax return information without the taxpayer's written consent. We require our clients to complete a "Tax Return Disclosure Consent Form", if they wish us to disclose their tax return information to a third party. This disclosure consent form is available here.

Information you provide in our feedback forms on our website may be disclosed to the public with your permission. You will have the opportunity on the feedback form to inform us not to disclose your comments.
