No Phase-out for Itemized Deductions & Exemptions for Tax Year 2010

For tax year 2010 ONLY, there will not be a phase-out of itemized deductions or exemptions. Therefore, higher income taxpayers will not have to reduce itemized deductions and everyone will get the full $3,650 per exemption amount. |
