Wage and Income Transcript |
A "Wage and Income Transcript" is a computerized printout that shows data that has been provided to the IRS by employers, banks and other payer's on Forms W-2, W-2G, 1098, 1099, 5498, Schedule K-1, etc.
We can get a computerized printout of your Form(s) W-2, W-2G, 1098, 1099, 5498, Schedule K-1, etc. for tax years 2002 through 2011. We will request a complete transcript of ALL income information reported to the Internal Revenue Service under your Social Security number. If for some reason your employer or other payer did not file the form, then it will not be on the transcript. Also, if your employer or payer put an incorrect Social Security Number on the form, it will not be on the transcript.

Tax Return Transcript |
A "Tax Return Transcript" is a computerized printout that shows most line items from the federal tax return (Form 1040EZ, 1040A, 1040, 1040NR, 1040NR-EZ, 1040C, 1040X, 1040SS, 1040PR, and 8288) as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. It does not reflect any changes you or the IRS made after the return was filed. In many cases, a tax return transcript will meet the requirements of lending institutions such as those offering mortgages and student loans.
We can generally get a computerized printout of your federal tax return for the current tax year and preceding three tax years (Years 2008 thru 2011).

A "Tax Account Transcript" is a computerized printout that shows any later adjustments made after the federal tax return was filed, such as payments, interest, penalties, etc. This transcript shows basic data, including:

Type of tax return filed

Filing status

Federal income tax withheld

Tax shown on return
-
Adjusted gross income
-
Taxable income
-
Self-employment tax
-
Number of exemptions claimed
-
Refund amount, if any
-
Earned income credit
-
Mortgage interest and real estate tax deduction

Verification of Non-Filing Letter |
A "Verification of Non-Filing Letter" is a letter from the IRS that states no tax return (Form 1040EZ, Form 1040A, or Form 1040) was filed for a particular year.
We can get a computerized letter printout for any year that is active on the IRS Master File. This is usually the current tax year and preceding three tax years (Years 2008 thru 2011).
